Hailing from Singapore, Esther Quek is a regular on the international fashion circuit, and has been heralded as one of the influential style icons today. Her sense of style and undeniable charm has seen her grace the pages of many fashion titles including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Cosmopolitan.
A multi-disciplinary marketing professional who specialises in branded content, editorial, and digital marketing, Esther is skilled at designing content strategies, social platforms and operational processes for progressive brands and services in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
After a decade of content development at media powerhouses ITP Media Group and Revolution International Pte Ltd, Quek took on Editor-in-Chief duties and launched the international luxury title, Citizen K Arabia in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in April 2016.
A fearless lady
Upon returning to Singapore, the veteran editor led operations in digital morgul Buro. Singapore, and launched the publication's first regional interactive print, Buro. Large, across six Southeast Asian countries with an Augmented Reality cover in April 2019.
In her leadership role, she drove creative content operations across digital channels, bridging them with on-brand tonality. She has spoken at Citizen K Arabia and Buro. award events and social workshops on branded content. Esther is inspired by pop-culture, collaborative teams, inclusive environments, and diverse groups.
